Ingredients

  • 2 slices center cut bacon
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon light mayo
  • 2 slices iceberg lettuce
  • 3 ounces turkey breast
  • 2 slices ripe tomato

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crisp and drain the fat on a paper towel.
  2. Toast the bread and spread mayo on both slices.
  3. Layer one slice of lettuce, turkey, tomato, bacon, and the remaining lettuce on one slice of bread.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, slice in half, and serve.
