Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) and lightly grease a rectangular baking dish.
- Peel and slice the apples into chunky segments and layer them in the baking dish, then drizzle with maple syrup.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut sugar, gluten-free flour, rice flour, oats, peanut butter, and vegan butter until a crumbly texture forms.
- Layer the crumb mixture on top of the apples and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with dairy-free ice cream.
