Ingredients

  • 1 dollop Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh pomegranate juice
  • 1 drizzle honey
  • 1 handful puffed quinoa crisps (or other cereal/granola)
  • 1 sprinkling toasted sunflower seeds
  • optional whole pomegranate seeds or fresh/dried rose petals, bee pollen

Instructions

  1. Swirl the pomegranate juice and honey into the Greek yogurt in a shallow bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the cereal and sunflower seeds on top.
  3. Finish with crushed rose petals and bee pollen if using.
