Ingredients

The salad

  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 8 oz Deli ham (diced)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup Cucumbers (1 medium; cut into quarter moons)
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese (cubed)
  • 4 large Hard boiled eggs (sliced)

The dressing

  • 1 cup Sugar-free thousand island dressing

Instructions

  1. Chop the lettuce and place it in a large bowl or individual serving bowls.
  2. Top the lettuce with the diced ham, halved tomatoes, quartered cucumbers, cubed cheeses, and sliced eggs.
  3. Add the dressing on top and toss to coat, or serve the dressing on the side.
