The dressing

Instructions
- Chop the lettuce and place it in a large bowl or individual serving bowls.
- Top the lettuce with the diced ham, halved tomatoes, quartered cucumbers, cubed cheeses, and sliced eggs.
- Add the dressing on top and toss to coat, or serve the dressing on the side.
