Instructions
- Combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, pepperoncini, olives, croutons, and parmesan in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Pour about ⅔ cup of the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
