Szechuan Salmon with Scallion Green Beans

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix the Szechuan Sauce ingredients together, leaving out the cornstarch.
- On a parchment-lined sheet pan, place the green beans, scallions, mushrooms, and salmon.
- Spoon half of the Szechuan sauce over the salmon and veggies, tossing the veggies in the sauce.
- Bake in the oven, checking at 10-15 minutes for doneness, and toss the veggies.
- If desired, broil for a couple of minutes for added color.
- Meanwhile, heat the remaining Szechuan sauce in a saucepan and whisk in cornstarch to thicken.
- Pour the thickened sauce over the cooked salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Divide the salmon and veggies into bowls and serve.
