Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 55 to 70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pans for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
