Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and chocolate chips.
- Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and vegetable oil.
- Add the eggs and whisk until blended. Then add the pumpkin, apple juice, and vanilla, whisking until well combined.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the well of the flour mixture and fold until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
