Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients except chicken in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
- Place chicken thighs in a non-reactive container and pour marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to high heat and oil the grates if necessary.
- Place the chicken on the grill, presentation side down, and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken, spoon leftover marinade over each piece, and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the grill and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
