The garnishes
Instructions
- Select a board and gather the meats, placing one type in each of the four quadrants of the board.
- Position the corresponding cheese next to each type of meat in the quadrants.
- Use small bowls for jams, mustards, cherries, and olives to fill larger gaps on the board.
- Fill in remaining spaces with fruits, nuts, crackers, and other ingredients, layering as needed.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and add utensils for serving.
