Ingredients

  • 5 oz French bread baguette
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon olive oil
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 oz goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place baguette slices on a foil-lined baking sheet and spray both sides with cooking spray.
  3. Bake the baguette slices for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  4. Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir.
  5. Spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Top each slice with the tomato mixture and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  7. Serve immediately.
