Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place baguette slices on a foil-lined baking sheet and spray both sides with cooking spray.
- Bake the baguette slices for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir.
- Spread goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
- Top each slice with the tomato mixture and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
