  • 4 oz. goat cheese, softened
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

The base

  • 1 loaf fresh bread, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and salt, then toss to coat.
  3. Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the tomatoes from the oven and let them sit.
  5. Toast the bread using a panini press, grill, or stove.
  6. In a food processor, blend goat cheese and garlic powder until whipped and soft.
  7. Spread the whipped goat cheese on the toasted bread, top with roasted tomatoes, fresh basil, and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
