Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and salt, then toss to coat.
- Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the tomatoes from the oven and let them sit.
- Toast the bread using a panini press, grill, or stove.
- In a food processor, blend goat cheese and garlic powder until whipped and soft.
- Spread the whipped goat cheese on the toasted bread, top with roasted tomatoes, fresh basil, and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
