Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, combine feta cheese, dried tomatoes, basil, and parsley.
- In another bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, and pepper.
- Brush the oil mixture over the bread slices and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the bread for about 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Top the toasted bread with tomato slices and spoon the feta mixture on top.
- Serve immediately or broil for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted.
