Tomato Bruschetta

shredded parmesan cheese, finely chopped

basil, sliced into ribbons

Instructions
- 1. Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- 2. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- 3. Dice the roma tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- 4. Stir in the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- 5. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- 6. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
