The eggs

  • 1 large egg

The cooking fat

  • 1 teaspoon butter

Seasonings

  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter until melted.
  2. Crack the egg into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the egg for 3 minutes until the whites are opaque.
  4. Gently flip the egg using a rubber spatula.
  5. Cook the other side for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the pan.
