Ingredients

The eggs

  • 2 pieces eggs

The cooking fat

  • 1-2 tsp butter or oil (olive, canola, or avocado)

Seasoning

  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over low to medium-low heat until it starts to bubble.
  2. Crack the eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the egg whites are mostly set.
  4. Flip the eggs and apply pressure to break the yolk, or keep it intact if preferred.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes until fully cooked through, adding more seasoning if desired.
