Instructions
- Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over low to medium-low heat until it starts to bubble.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the egg whites are mostly set.
- Flip the eggs and apply pressure to break the yolk, or keep it intact if preferred.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until fully cooked through, adding more seasoning if desired.
