The eggs

  • 2 pieces eggs

The cooking fat

  • ½ teaspoon oil or butter

Seasoning

  • to taste salt
  • to taste ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add ½ teaspoon of oil or butter.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  3. Crack each egg into a small bowl.
  4. Gently pour each egg into the skillet.
  5. Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes until the whites are mostly solid.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and carefully flip each egg.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Transfer the eggs to a plate and serve hot with salt and pepper.
