Instructions
- Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add ½ teaspoon of oil or butter.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Crack each egg into a small bowl.
- Gently pour each egg into the skillet.
- Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes until the whites are mostly solid.
- Reduce the heat to low and carefully flip each egg.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to a plate and serve hot with salt and pepper.
