Instructions
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium/low heat and add butter.
- Once the butter has melted, crack the eggs into the pan, being careful not to overcrowd.
- Cook the eggs for about 3 minutes until the egg whites begin to set.
- Flip the eggs and cook for an additional 3 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the eggs from the pan and season with salt and pepper before serving.
