Ingredients

The eggs

  • 4 large eggs

The cooking fat

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium/low heat and add butter.
  2. Once the butter has melted, crack the eggs into the pan, being careful not to overcrowd.
  3. Cook the eggs for about 3 minutes until the egg whites begin to set.
  4. Flip the eggs and cook for an additional 3 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the eggs from the pan and season with salt and pepper before serving.
