Instructions
- 1. Preheat the broiler on high and spray the corn tortillas with cooking spray, then sprinkle with salt.
- 2. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and broil until crispy, flipping once, for about 5 to 7 minutes.
- 3. Top the crispy tortillas with black beans, mango, onion, tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce, and avocado.
- 4. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and add salsa if desired.
