Matcha Raspberry S'mores

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • 1 large matcha marshmallow
  • 2/3 ounce good dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon good raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Brush both sides of the graham crackers with melted butter.
  3. Place the graham crackers on a microwave-safe plate and lay a square of dark chocolate on one cracker.
  4. Microwave for about 30 seconds until the chocolate begins to soften.
  5. Transfer the cracker with chocolate to a pan and place a matcha marshmallow on top.
  6. Broil for about 1 to 1.5 minutes, watching carefully until the marshmallow puffs and browns.
  7. Spoon raspberry jam onto the toasted marshmallow and top with the remaining graham cracker.
  8. Serve immediately.
