Matcha Raspberry S'mores

good dark chocolate

good raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the broiler.
- Brush both sides of the graham crackers with melted butter.
- Place the graham crackers on a microwave-safe plate and lay a square of dark chocolate on one cracker.
- Microwave for about 30 seconds until the chocolate begins to soften.
- Transfer the cracker with chocolate to a pan and place a matcha marshmallow on top.
- Broil for about 1 to 1.5 minutes, watching carefully until the marshmallow puffs and browns.
- Spoon raspberry jam onto the toasted marshmallow and top with the remaining graham cracker.
- Serve immediately.
