  • 2 slices wheat bread

  • ¼ cup red pepper hummus
  • ¼ cup quartered artichokes
  • 4 oz turkey
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Assemble the turkey, provolone cheese, red pepper hummus, and artichokes between the slices of wheat bread.
  2. Butter the outside of the sandwich.
  3. Grill the sandwich until golden brown.
