Turkey Pesto Panini

Instructions
- Preheat the panini press.
- Brush one side of each piece of bread with olive oil.
- Spread pesto on two slices of bread and mayonnaise on the other two slices.
- Layer turkey on top of the pesto and add provolone cheese.
- Add spinach, roasted red pepper, and tomato slices.
- Top with the remaining two slices of bread, mayo side down.
- Place the sandwiches on the preheated panini press and close the lid.
- Cook for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sandwiches are golden brown.
