Ingredients

The bread

  • 2 rolls whole wheat ciabatta bread

The filling

  • 4 oz turkey
  • to taste vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, yellow squash, mushrooms, roasted peppers, onions, tomatoes, artichokes)
  • to taste cheese (mozzarella or choice)

Condiments

  • to taste balsamic vinegar
  • to taste pesto or spicy mustard
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the panini maker or pan.
  2. 2. Cut the bread and brush each side with balsamic vinegar.
  3. 3. If using veggies, brush them with vinegar and grill them on the panini maker or pan.
  4. 4. Add meat, veggies, cheese, condiments, salt, and pepper to the bread.
  5. 5. Place the panini on the maker and smash it down.
  6. 6. Cook for about five minutes.
  7. 7. Cut and enjoy.
