Instructions
- Prepare the chipotle aioli by mixing mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, chipotle powder, salt, and pepper together.
- Slice the baguette and spread the aioli on the inside.
- Layer the turkey, red onion, provolone cheese, and avocado on one half of the baguette.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of the sandwich.
