Prosciutto, Pineapple & Pesto Paninis

fresh pineapple, cored and sliced into thick half-rings

fresh mozzarella

sliced prosciutto
Instructions
- Spread pesto on a slice of bread.
- Layer the pineapple, mozzarella, and prosciutto on top.
- Repeat for additional paninis if desired.
- For grill pan, heat over medium-high and toast the paninis until golden.
- For oven, preheat the broiler and toast the paninis until cheese melts, about 2-4 minutes.
