Walnut Stuffed Chocolate Covered Dates

The coating

flakey sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare the dates by ensuring all pits are removed and slice them down the middle.
- Stuff each date with 2 or 3 halves of walnuts and pinch them closed.
- Dip the bottom half of each date into melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle flakey sea salt on top and place on a plate or parchment paper to harden.
- Refrigerate to speed up the hardening process if desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 4-5 days.
