Instructions
- Cut one side of the dates to expose the pit space.
- Boil the heavy whipping cream in a small pan, then remove from heat.
- Add the chopped chocolate to the cream and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Whisk the chocolate into the cream until smooth, then let it thicken at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Fill the dates with the chocolate cream using a piping method or a teaspoon.
- Place a whole almond on top of the chocolate in each date.
- Refrigerate the dates and bring them to room temperature before serving.
