Air Fryer Tater Tots

cooking oil (olive oil preferred)
Optional Spices/Seasoning

Instructions
- Bring a pot of cold water to a boil with a pinch of salt.
- Add the russet potatoes and simmer for 6-12 minutes until easily pierced but still firm inside.
- Remove the potatoes, dry them, and allow them to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Grate the cooled potatoes using a cheese grater and squeeze out excess water.
- In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes with flour and seasonings, mixing well.
- Form the mixture into tots, about 16 larger ones or smaller if preferred.
- Spray both sides of the tots with cooking oil.
- Place the tots in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
- Flip the tots and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until crispy.
