Paleo Cauliflower Fried Rice

The sauce

Instructions
- Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Whisk the eggs in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat a large pan over medium heat and add sesame oil.
- Once hot, add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic powder, stirring for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower rice and stir for about one minute.
- Make a well in the middle of the rice and pour in the eggs.
- Stir until the eggs are fully cooked, then add the sauce.
- Mix everything together and remove from the stove.
- Top with sesame seeds and chives before serving.
