Instructions
- 1. Blend or whisk together the avocado, buttermilk, vinegar, lime, honey, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- 2. Thinly slice the radishes and cut them into fourths. Peel and halve the cucumber, scoop out the seeds, and dice it.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the radish, cucumber, black beans, diced pineapple, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the fresh basil.
- 4. Decide whether to dress the veggie mix or keep the dressing on the side before serving in lettuce leaves.
