Instructions
- Heat water in a small saucepan and stir in brown sugar until dissolved, then cool.
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer.
- Combine espresso, vodka, coffee liqueur, brown sugar syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker without ice and shake for about 20 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker, secure the lid, and shake for another 20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass and garnish with three espresso beans. Serve immediately.
