Instructions
- Pour water, garlic, and bay leaf into the Instant Pot and place the steamer basket inside.
- Rub the lemon wedge on the artichokes and place them in a single layer in the steamer basket, adding the lemon wedge to the water.
- Close the lid and set the vent to 'Sealing'.
- Select 'Manual' and set the cooking time to 10 minutes (12 minutes for large artichokes).
- After cooking, perform a quick release by turning the vent to 'Venting'.
- Carefully remove the artichokes with tongs and serve with your preferred dipping sauce.
