Ingredients

The base

  • 6 large Bananas (ripe)

The toppings

  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter (for drizzling)
  • ΒΌ cup Sugar-Free dark chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into halves or thirds.
  2. Place the banana pieces on a parchment-lined sheet pan and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
  3. Transfer the frozen bananas to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately. For a firmer texture, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  5. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping, and serve with peanut butter and chocolate chips on top.
