Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas into halves or thirds.
- Place the banana pieces on a parchment-lined sheet pan and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
- Transfer the frozen bananas to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately. For a firmer texture, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping, and serve with peanut butter and chocolate chips on top.
