Instructions
- Chop the banana into bite-sized pieces and place them in an airtight Ziploc bag.
- Freeze the banana pieces for at least 2 hours.
- Once frozen, blend the banana pieces in a blender or food processor until creamy.
- Serve on its own or add optional toppings as desired.
