Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas into ½ inch pieces.
- Slice the strawberries.
- Arrange banana and strawberry slices in a single layer on a plate or baking sheet.
- Freeze the fruit for 2 hours or overnight.
- Place the frozen fruit in a food processor or blender.
- Puree the mixture until creamy and smooth, scraping down the bowl as needed.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or freeze for a firmer ice cream.
- If frozen, let it sit out for 5 minutes before scooping.
