Instructions
- Place the coconut in a high-speed blender.
- Start the blender and use the damper to press the coconut down.
- Blend at high speed for 1 minute.
- Let the mixture rest for 1 minute.
- Blend on high for an additional minute.
- Turn off the blender and scrape the coconut butter into an airtight container.
