Instructions
- Whisk together the maple syrup, coconut sugar, bourbon, orange juice, ginger, and optional nutmeg in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a light boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 30 minutes until the glaze thickens.
- Adjust seasoning with kosher salt if desired.
- Store the cooled glaze in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
