Instructions
- Mash the banana and add all ingredients to a large microwave-safe mug.
- Mix thoroughly until a batter is formed.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, then wait 10 seconds.
- Microwave again for 15 seconds, wait, then microwave for an additional 10-15 seconds until the cake expands past the mug.
- Remove from the microwave and gently flip the mug over onto a plate.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce, honey, or cocoa as desired, and enjoy!
