Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mug, combine the mashed banana, oil, almond milk, and sugar, whisking for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon, stirring for another 20 seconds to ensure everything is mixed well.
  3. Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips if using, and sprinkle some on top.
  4. Microwave for about 80 seconds, checking for doneness as it may be slightly undercooked.
  5. Let it cool for about 3 minutes before enjoying.
