Instructions
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over low heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Add the cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook the sandwich for about 20 minutes, flipping once, until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
