Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 shallot shallot
  • to taste kosher salt
  • to taste fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan.
  3. Sauté shallots in the oil for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden.
  5. Add the shredded brussels sprouts, salt, and pepper, and sauté on medium-low for about 4-5 minutes.
