Easy Prosciutto-Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients

The shrimp

  • 5–7 slices prosciutto
  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • to taste salt and pepper

Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce (optional)

  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Slice the prosciutto into long strips and wrap each strip around a shrimp, placing them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the shrimp with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the prosciutto is crispy.
  5. For the dipping sauce, whisk together the ingredients and serve warm.
