Ingredients

Base recipe

  • ¼ cup Hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp Golden flaxseed meal
  • ½ tbsp Chia seeds
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened almond milk

Optional but recommended

  • 1 tbsp Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the hemp seeds, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, sweetener, and salt in a jar.
  2. Add the cream and almond milk to the jar and stir well.
  3. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir before serving and add any desired toppings.
