Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

The base

  • ½ cup rolled or cooking oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ - ½ cup Greek or vanilla yogurt

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 2 - 3 tbsp dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, almond milk, and honey in a jar and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
  3. In a bowl, mix raspberry jam with chia seeds and set aside.
  4. When ready to eat, top the oats with sliced banana, hemp seeds, raspberry chia jam, and chopped dark chocolate.
  5. Mix and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
