Ingredients

Basic Keto Oatmeal

  • ¼ cup Hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp Golden flax seed meal
  • 1 tbsp Collagen protein powder
  • ½ tbsp Chia seeds
  • ½ cup Coconut milk

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tbsp Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 1 pinch Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the coconut milk and whisk until smooth.
  3. Simmer on the stove or microwave until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately or add desired toppings.
