The filling

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and mist a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Blend the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper until smooth, then pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the egg mixture for 12-15 minutes until set with no runny spots.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and deli ham over the baked eggs and return to the oven for 1 minute to warm the filling.
- Let the omelet sit for 3-5 minutes to cool slightly, then roll it tightly from one short side to the other.
- Transfer the rolled omelet to a cutting board and slice into twelve ¾” pieces. Serve warm.
