Baked Denver Omelet

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the chopped ham evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Sauté the red and green bell peppers and onion in olive oil until softened.
- Layer the sautéed vegetables over the ham and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, then season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and vegetables in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until puffy and set, about 22 to 25 minutes.
- Cut and serve warm, optionally with avocado, chives, and hot sauce.
