Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits, scooping out some flesh to create a well for the egg.
- Place the avocado halves cut side up in a baking dish and crack an egg into each half, being careful not to break the yolk.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Bake the avocados with egg for 7 minutes.
- Add shredded cheese on top and bake until the eggs reach your desired doneness.
- Garnish with diced bell peppers and chives before serving.
