Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup granola
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 2 cups blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients except vanilla extract to the crockpot and stir to combine.
  3. 3. Cook on high for 2 ½ hours or low for about 7 hours.
  4. 4. Stir in vanilla extract and serve.
