Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix well.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
- Stir the oats periodically to prevent sticking.
- Once cooked, stir the oatmeal with a wooden spoon for 90 seconds to 2 minutes until thick and well-combined.
- Serve with your favorite fruit and nut butter.
